Pueblo de Dios...

"Pueblo de Dios," or "Community of God," is a Spanish-speaking Christian congregation that exists to meet the spiritual needs of the Hispanic population in the Columbia area. Pueblo de Dios offers weekly worship services in Spanish, Sunday School classes for children, youth and adults, personal discipleship classes for new believers, and also provides a link for members to other Latin American events and ministries, such as summer camps, concerts, and "confraternidades," or services shared with other Hispanic congregations around Missouri.

Pueblo de Dios is a community of believers from diverse backgrounds and cultures, with families and individuals hailing from Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, and other Latin American countries - but its members are unified by a common love for God, and desire to share the good news of Jesus Christ through reaching out to and serving others.

Pastor Obed Aguirre and his wife Karla are from Monterrey and Zacatecas, Mexico, respectively, and have been involved in leading Pueblo de Dios in Columbia since 2002.
